Hockey Fitness Information

This section has been developed to help you improve the fitness elements of your game (both physical and mental). Information in this section will help you improve your flexibility, strength, and energy, enable you to improve your speed and quickness, show you how to fuel your body correctly, improve your confidence level, and help you through your rehabilitation--if you have been injured. This is the information that every hockey player (and coach) should know.
